I think it's better anyway. I have the first chapter buzzing around in my head. Anyway, this takes place during world war ONE. Two gets too much action. PLUS, the early 1900s had much much prettier clothing than the 1940s. And they had Hitler, too. But he was just a soldier then. lots of deaths n' things.
